Solidarity Crime. The Borders of Democracy

 The documentary 'Solidarity Crime. The Borders of Democracy' directed by Nicolas Braguinsky Cascini and Juan Pablo Aris Escarcena, will be screened on Wednesday, May 18 at 6 p.m. in the Aula Magna of the Scuola Sant'Anna. The event is the result of the collaboration between the Master in Human Rights and Conflict Management and the LM in International Security Studies: after the screening of the documentary, which is the result of research work conducted in the field, the participants will have the possibility to discuss with its authors. The documentary, which has already been screened and won awards at several festivals, investigates the relatively recent phenomenon of the criminalisation of the activities of NGOs and activists who help migrants along the route to cross the borders of EU countries.
